Santa swapped his sleigh for a C-130 at RNO’s 10th annual Operation Santa Claus event, bringing holiday cheer to 28 local families supported by The Children’s Cabinet. From a Parade of Planes to therapy dog cuddles and a Grinch-y greeting, it was a magical day for all.

Santa and Mrs. Claus are headed to Reno-Stead Airport on Dec. 14, where the community is invited to experience the spirit of the holidays.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive by aircraft and spend time with children from the Stead area. The event features story time, arts and crafts and aviation youth programs in partnership with the Washoe County Library System and other aviation groups.
