In-Terminal Concessions
RNO concession partnerships offer innovative shopping and dining options, as well as local choices for customers. Additional concessions opportunities are available through vending and kiosk options. Terminal concession relationships are offered through competitive processes called Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Bid (RFB).

Special Events at the Airport
For more information about airport Welcomes, River Room rentals or filming at the airport, please contact the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) front desk at (775) 328-6400. Any commercial or business activity within the airport terminal needs to be cleared by the RTAA.
Airport Welcomes
RNO is known for warm hospitality and making a positive first and last impression on travelers to and from our region. Community members can request to reserve a welcome table in advance of guests arriving.
River Room Rental
The River Room located in the RNO terminal is available for your next event or meeting. This conference room is more than 1,000 sq.ft. and can accommodate approximately 50 people. The room comes equipped with board room furniture (tables and chairs), projector and screen, and AV capabilities.
River Room rentals are on hold during the Ticketing Hall expansion construction.
Filming at the Airport
Whether it is for a feature film, commercial or developing documentary, RNO offers Special Use Permits for filming at the airport. Read our Media Guidelines for more information.
