Passenger Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Passenger drop-off and pick-up happens at the front curb of the ticketing and baggage claim areas. Remember, the curb is for quick loading and unloading only—no parking or leaving your vehicle unattended.

Please note: Unattended vehicles at the curb may be cited, towed, or searched by Airport Police. Safety regulations are strictly enforced.

Skybridge clearance is 14’6″. Canopy clearance is 13′.

Passenger drop-off and pick-up take place at the curb in front of ticketing and baggage claim. This area is for active loading and unloading only—please stay with your vehicle at all times.

Waiting Made Easy

 

Our free, 24-hour Waiting Lot at 1198 National Guard Way offers a convenient spot to wait until your passenger is ready for pickup at the curb.

Important Lot Details:

  • The Free Waiting Lot is open 24/7.
  • Vehicles must be attended at all times.
  • No commercial or ride-service vehicles allowed.

Tip: If your passenger needs to retrieve checked luggage, wait to hear from them after they’ve collected their bags to avoid curbside waiting.
