At Reno-Tahoe International Airport, we are dedicated to making the all-important first and last impression on travelers coming and going from our region.

From the cleanliness of our facilities to our high level of customer service, we strive to make our travelers feel comfortable in America’s Adventure Place.  From baggage claim, to the ticketing lobby, to the security checkpoints and the boarding gates, we want your first and last memories of the Reno-Tahoe region to be positive.

Airport Web Check-in
Passengers not checking luggage can use the Airport's Web Check-in located across from the PGA TOUR Shop at the entrance to Baggage Claim.  Boarding Passes are available 24 hours prior to scheduled departure times and up to 90 minutes prior depending upon the airline.  Boarding Passes for age specific tickets such as child, youth and senior fares, as well as unaccompanied minors, cannot be printed at this location.  Passengers with luggage to check, must see an airline representative at the ticket counter.

Banking
There are four (4) ATMs located in the terminal building. They are operated by Wells Fargo Bank. 
• At the entrance to Baggage Claim, adjacent to PGA Tour Shop & the restrooms
• In the main lobby near the ski statue, adjacent to Peet’s Coffee & Tea
• One in each concourse (“B” and “C”)

Currency exchange services are not offered at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport

Checkpoint Mailers

CheckPoint Mailers is an airport vendor that allows passengers traveling out of Reno-Tahoe International Airport another choice other than surrendering their prohibited item to TSA when it is not allowed past the security checkpoint.  Travelers can secure their possession in a provided plastic pouch, complete the payment and shipping form, and drop their package in a CheckPoint Mailers Mailbox, which can be found at the entrances to both the “B” & “C” concourses.  

Customers should allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery of their item.

Free Local Calls
Sponsored by the Reno-Gazette Journal (RGJ), the Reno-Tahoe International Airport offers passengers free local and toll-free phone calls.  

The free phones can be found at each of our three Productivity Center locations (in the Main Lobby just outside of Brew Brothers, on Concourse C across from Ritazza near Gate C1, and on Concourse B in the Gate B2 area) and on several of the cylinders located in Baggage Claim.  Each Productivity Center includes a TTY/TDD phone available for the hearing impaired and each location is ADA accessible.

Gaming Machines

Gaming machines are located on both concourses and in the lobby of the terminal.  All gaming machines are owned and operated by International Game Technology (IGT).

Luggage Carts
Smarte Cartes can be rented at a cost of $4.00 per cart and can be found at the exits to the concourses, in Baggage Claim, outside along the center curb, and in the parking structure.  The machines accept all major credit cards and cash.

Massage Chairs
Massage chairs are located in both concourses as well as in baggage claim.

Prepaid Calling Cards
Passengers making long distance or international calls can still do so through a calling card. Pre-paid calling cards, starting in increments of $5.00, can be purchased at vending machines located throughout the Airport Terminal, as well as the Adventure News Reno-Tahoe store in the terminal lobby.

Productivity Centers
The Productivity Centers at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport are sponsored by the Reno-Gazette Journal (RGJ) and are designed to help passengers stay connected through a variety of electronic devices. The Productivity Centers feature wall outlets for plugging in electronic devices and counter tops to use as work stations. They also include a TTY/TDD phone available for the hearing impaired and each location is ADA accessible.  

For customer convenience, there are three Productivity Centers. One is located in the Main Lobby just outside of Brew Brothers, another is on Concourse C across from Ritazza near Gate C1 and one is on Concourse B in the Gate B2 area.

US Mailbox/Stamps
The US Mailbox is located outside along the curb, just north of the main entrance to the terminal building.  Stamps can be purchased at the Adventure News Reno-Tahoe store in the terminal lobby or through any of the Wells Fargo ATM machines.
