01-27-2014 - Airport Brings Onboard New Vice President of Air Service Development
Quentin S. Koch (pronounced Coke), has been named the Vice President of Air Service Development at the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority.
In keeping with the Airport Authority’s Strategic Priority of increasing air service, Quentin Koch joined the senior leadership team last week, following a comprehensive international search with over 50 applicants and an extensive interview process.
Mr. Koch previously worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Guam and Micronesia for United Airlines. He has over 15 years of experience with United including having served as the Base Manager for United in Tokyo, Station Manager in Reno and Calgary, Internal Hub Manager at Chicago O’Hare and Staff Planner, Routes and Schedules in the corporate headquarters.
Quentin Koch holds a B.S. in Travel Industry Management from Hawaii Pacific University and has an MBA from University of Phoenix in Tokyo.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is currently served by seven major commercial airlines and offers 55 peak non-stop departures to 14 destinations.
